In Compliance with Sections 15.2-2006, 15.2-2272 and 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia as amended, the Wythe County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance vacating a portion of the Stones Throw Lane 50-feet Wide Right-of-Way through Lot 9 in the J.M. Grayson subdivision located in Austinville. The Board of Supervisors will hear comments from citizens concerning the adoption of the proposed ordinance. CLICK HERE for proposed ordinance.
The public hearing will be held on March 14, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Wythe County Office Building, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia.
