Concession Responsibilities:
1. Trash pickup in rented area.
2. Cleaning of all equipment used.
3. Supervision of all who are participating at event.
4. No alcohol or illegal drugs allowed on premises.
5. Firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
6. Parking allowed in designated areas only. |

Fees are due within seven (7) days from date of reservation. Cancellation must be received one (1) week in advance in order to receive a refund. Cancellations less than one (1) week prior to the reserved date WILL NOT be refunded.

Reservations are held by credit card only. Cancellations made seven (7) days prior to arrival date will receive a refund minus a $10.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date will be charged one nights stay; minus a $10.00 processing fee to receive a refund.
