The office of Commissioner of the Revenue administers
taxes such as Bank Franchise, Motor Vehicle Rental, Meals
Tax, Personal Property Tax, Public Service Corporation Tax,
Real Estate Tax and Virginia State Income Tax.

The office of the Commissioner of the Revenue assists
taxpayers in completing all Virginia tax returns. We represent
the closest link between citizens, elected government and the
Virginia Department of Taxation.
